About Us

Tracy Dearing is married to Michael Wayne Dearing, and they have two children: Shelby, who is married to Adam Savell, and Ben. They have three wonderful grandchildren, Brantley, Bryson, and Tritt Savell.

When Tracy is not working, you will find her competing on the Memphis Barbecue Network circuit as a Diamond D Cooking Team member, inshore fishing in the Louisiana bayou, or spending time outdoors and traveling.

After her career in education, Tracy decided to dedicate her second act to helping other state employees get the most out of their retirement. She understands how confusing all of the decisions that must be made can be. She knows that if you have someone you can talk with about all the pros and cons of the different options will allow the retiree to have a better understanding of how to prepare for a great retirement.
